What is multi-income housing?

We build the community you want to be a part of while supporting our veterans, creating jobs, and improving quality of life.

Safe Place Community is a multi-use development of mixed-income housing with resort-style amenities, wrap-around services and facilities.

Our development includes services for health, recreation, community building and quality of life. We are the best of social enterprise and non-profit working together to build a thriving community and to support our veterans.

We subsidize a portion of apartments for veterans and low-income households. Find out why our model is different here.
